The hotel's rooms were big and comfortable, but I had to walk a block down the street in a very unsafe neighborhood with a voucher for breakfast that only covered one breakfast choice. The room was very clean, but also filthy, covered in dust and what looked to be mold.
Rooms
7.0
The room was very clean and comfortable overall.
Service
5.0
The service looked nothing like the rooms or hotel in general. Although they finally showed up again, they seemed not to remember speaking to us a few hours earlier. However, some staff members were especially welcoming and helpful.
Location
5.0
However, it is in a popular city block with bars and restaurants nearby.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was poorly organized and very limited. The cafe down the street served probably the worst breakfast we have ever eaten.
Facilities
The facilities left much to be desired.

6.6/10
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were great, clean, and spacious, ideal for those who like to cook, but there were several health and safety issues uncovered upon inspection. The service was generally helpful and courteous, though there were some lapses in memory and communication. The location was convenient for my needs but a bit tricky to navigate, especially in the residential area. The dining options were subpar, with minimal offerings and average quality. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms were great, clean, very roomy, and perfectly set up for those who prefer to cook, despite some health and safety concerns discovered during my stay.
Service
8.0
The service was extremely helpful and courteous overall, but there were instances where staff seemed forgetful and communication was not consistent.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient for my needs, albeit a bit challenging to find parking in the residential area, especially after dark.

Staying at the hotel felt like being at my Grandma's, with extra comfort and a kitchen in my room. However, the noisy main road beside it made it hard to relax. The broken handles on the windows were a nuisance, and the heating and cooling systems were not reliable. Lack of cooking utensils despite having stove facilities was disappointing. The uncomfortable bed and absence of a bath were downsides. Parking was not available and the overall experience was overpriced.
Rooms
5.0
I felt like I was staying at my Grandma's house with the added convenience of a kitchen in the room. However, the noise from the main road and the broken window handles were a real inconvenience. The heating and cooling systems were not functioning well, and the absence of cooking utensils was a significant letdown. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no bath, and the lack of parking added to the disappointments.
Service
9.0
The service I received was top-notch. The staff members were lovely and very helpful, making my stay more pleasant despite the room issues.
Location
5.0
The main street location in Denver was convenient but noisy due to traffic. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel was not appealing, with bums asking for money near the entrance, making it uncomfortable to go out at night.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was underwhelming. I had to walk to a nearby cafe since there was no dining option at the hotel. The breakfast I had there was one of the worst I've ever eaten.
Facilities
5.0
Despite the room issues, the hotel lacked cooking utensils and parking, which were significant drawbacks to the overall experience.
